they are still free to post but i have modded a couple of comments
necro-posting does little to add here, especially since their posts are responding to years old threads

the main spammers recently sneak in with a few random posts then they add 'casino' or 'spammy' links in their signature and all their previous posts now have this crap.
please let me know if you see any i miss

Looks like I'll have to upgrade my quals under the new CoP. I have the VBQU507 ticket. But according to these new guidelines I need to have RIICC503A – Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plans, or equivalent.
Interesting times ahead for a lot of Traffic Management Companies once they realise that their plan drawing people aren't qualified. Oh well sh*t happens.

Another interesting point that was brought up in discussion at work during the week was the new risk/hazard matrix on P20. In the old Cop there were High, Medium and Low. Now it's either High or low.
